Booking

How do I book?

You may book by placing a request via our form! We shall answer as soon as possible!R

How do i pay for my booking?

We ask for a down payment equivalent to about 30% of the total sum to confirm the booking within a week of your confirmation. The remaining sum shall be paid on arrival.

Can I bring my pet with me?

Many of our rental home do not allow guests to bring pets on the premises. If you have a pet, please say when placing your request, specifying type and size, and we shall decide case by case.

Is there a maximum number of guests per apartment?

Maximum capacity is clearly indicated in each apartment description, and it includes children/babies. It is not allowed to exceed this number, unless authorized by us. We reserve the right to refuse entry, or ask for additionl payment if this limit is exceeded.

Is there a time limit to book?

No, we accept booking any time, even for the next day

How does the check-in process works?

We welcome our guests at our office in Andalo, via Cadin 1 on arrival!

 

During your stay

 

What do I find in the apartment?

The apartment is equipped with all kitchen supplies, pans, pots plates, glasses and dishes. Some apartments also have an oven and/or washing machine and dishwasher, which are indicated on the individual apartment pages!

We also provide bed and bath linens, changed weekly in case of an extended stay.

 

What about check-in and check-outdi check-in e check-out?

Apartments are available for check-in after 3:30 pm, until 6:30 pm. In case of check-in after these hours, please let us know!
Check-out is necessarily by 10:00 a.m., unless agreed upon, otherwise the security deposit will be retained.

 

What is included in the price of the stay?

Apartment fee includes stay, utility costs (water, electricity and gas), final cleaning, bed linen with weekly change in case of stay over a week, and free Wi-Fi. Possibility to request cot/children’s high chair without additional fees. Molveno or Andalo Card at participating facilities.

 

Are there any activities for children/adults/families in the area?

Of course! The Paganella plateau, and in particular Andalo and Molveno offer many activities, for example there are many mountain bike trails, you can go paragliding thanks to the tandem flights offered by the Vola Bas Club, or the many water sports at Lake Molveno! For fans of trekking and walking in the mountains, the Brenta Dolomites offer a multitude of options.

 

End of stay

 

How does the departure work?

Please remember that check-out must be completed no later than 10:00 am on the day of departure, unless special arrangements have been made. Keys should be returned to our designated person at the aapartment or directly to the office where the key pick-up was made.

 

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation, the general conditions provide for the refund of the deposit up to 30 days before arrival. From the 29th day, we reserve the right to withhold all or part of the deposit.
